My 2015-2025 Enhancement Journey

Recently, many people have asked me how I first learned about Bathmate. I can't claim to be the most experienced, but I am a long-time user, so I'll briefly share how I first got into enhancement.

Funny enough, my first encounter with enhancement was in 2015, and it was because of my dad.

Back then, the Edge browser on Windows XP was still called IE, and I would occasionally clear the browsing history to speed up the computer. I remember that for several nights in a row, after playing games on 4399 before bed, clearing the browser history revealed my dad's history entries showing "Pannile - Penile Enhancement System." After several days, when my parents weren't home, I secretly opened the website — it really had a lot of large penises. At the time, I could only marvel at how a human penis could be trained to be that big (this was also the beginning of my phallus admiration). A few days later, I found a complete set of "Pannile equipment" in a cabinet at home. From then on, I knew my dad was training his.

Later, because I was obsessed with looking at large penises, I frequently opened the Pannile website. Gradually, through early SEO search recommendations (the earliest search engine ad recommendations on the internet), I found Bathmate (hereafter BM). At that time, the BM website wasn't as flashy as it is now; I just remember it clearly stating it was an FDA-certified device that could effectively enlarge the penis. Also influenced by frequently seeing large penises on Pannile during that period, I decided to buy a BM.

However, I was still in high school at the time and didn't have much spare money, so this continued until 2017. During those same years, I had been reading a magazine called "Men's Health Style," which often featured BM ads — I clearly remember a photo of a muscular man with a large bulge holding a pump, with the slogan "FDA-certified device that can effectively enlarge the penis." Later, before the 2017 college entrance exam, my dad asked what gift I wanted for starting college. I decided I wanted a BM, and I also mentioned that I had seen him using Pannile. Fortunately, my family is quite open-minded; he didn't say anything and gave me the money to buy a pump.

In May 2017, the only authorized BM seller in China was Kato Eagle (which is now the "bigcock" store on Taobao). I bought my first pump from Kato Eagle. At the time, perhaps because BM was just starting out, there was no consideration of recommending sizes based on individual dimensions, so I mistakenly bought an X40 (the current X9). Because I was lazy and the pump was too large to create a tight seal, I didn't stick with regular training — I just occasionally used it in the gym shower when working out. At that time, my length was still around 14.

By 2020, I was preparing for my graduation project half a year away. At the end of 2020, I met my then-boyfriend, who had a very large penis, and it happened that I learned he was also using BM. From then on, I was determined to become as large as him, to satisfy my phallus-admiration fetish. In December 2020, I bought the BM HydroXtreme7 from Kato Eagle and began regular enhancement training.

Currently, I'm experimenting with the effect of a slightly smaller BM size on results, and I'll share the findings when available.

My current speculation on why a smaller pump might help with enhancement:

I. The Relationship Between Negative Pressure and Seal Fit

1. Vacuum enhancement devices like Bathmate mainly use a manual pump or hand bulb to pump water, creating a negative-pressure environment in a sealed chamber. This negative pressure draws blood into the corpora cavernosa, promoting extension.

(1) Effective seal and pressure transfer: To achieve effective negative pressure, a good seal must first form where the penis root contacts the device. If the model is too large, the gap between the penis and the tube wall may require greater suction to establish effective negative pressure, which can draw in surrounding soft tissue (such as scrotal skin), causing discomfort like "ball suction." A smaller-sized model can better fit the penis root, helping to form a more stable seal and allowing the negative pressure to act more directly and evenly on the main body of the penis.

(2) Uniformity of pressure distribution: In a smaller chamber, the negative pressure distribution may be more uniform. If the chamber is too large, different parts of the penis may receive uneven pressure — especially the root, which may bear greater pressure while the distal end receives relatively less — affecting both enhancement results and comfort.

II. Aerodynamic and Hydrodynamic Effects

1. As a water-based pump, Bathmate's working medium is water and air, involving hydrodynamic principles.

(1) Pressure control and stability: When using a hand pump or hand bulb to pump water, you are actually changing the hydrostatic pressure within the chamber. A smaller chamber has a smaller volume, requiring less water to be expelled to reach the same negative-pressure level, which makes pressure control more precise and helps avoid sudden pressure spikes, thereby reducing excessive compression of capillaries (which may be one reason you previously got small red spots).

(2) Effect of water flow: Water, as an incompressible fluid, can transmit pressure more evenly than air alone. In a properly sized chamber, the water flow can smoothly envelop the penis, helping to extend the tissue uniformly.

III. Tissue Engineering Considerations

1. From the perspective of how the corpora cavernosa and tunica albuginea respond to mechanical force, sustained, moderate tensile stress is believed to promote tissue microstructure and cell proliferation.

(1) Effective stimulation vs. overstretching: If the device is too large, pursuing a "fully filled" effect may apply excessive pressure, which not only causes discomfort but may also overstretch the tissue and even damage microvessels. A properly sized device can provide more controllable tensile stress, concentrated on the corpora cavernosa and tunica albuginea, which may be more conducive to producing the desired physiological adaptation.

(2) Individual variation and gradual progression: Everyone's penile anatomy (such as cavernosal elasticity and vascular distribution) differs. For some users, the pressure level and mode of action provided by a slightly smaller model may better match their current physiological state, laying the foundation for later use of larger models.
