Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Given the sensitive nature of our services, your privacy is paramount. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: Name, email, health questionnaire responses (if you submit an assessment), message content, and information you provide when requesting a referral reward payout.
  • Referral program information: Your personal referral code, referred-order reward amount and status, payout request status, and administrative payout notes. A referred buyer does not receive the referring member's email address or account details.
  • Automatic information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, basic usage data via cookies.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide coaching services.
  • To send transactional emails (assessments, program updates).
  • To operate the member referral program, calculate and hold rewards, review payout requests, reverse rewards after refunds or disputes, and prevent duplicate, self-referred, or abusive rewards.
  • To improve our content and protocols.
  • We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

3. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers (email platform, payment processor) under confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.

4. Data Security

We use SSL encryption, secure access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

5. Sensitive Health Data

Health questionnaire responses are stored securely and accessible only to your assigned coach (if applicable). We retain this data only as long as needed to provide services.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@topmanclinic.com.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for site operation. You can control cookies via browser settings.

Analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate and use the site, including aggregate session and interaction information. Clarity is configured to mask form fields and payment-related areas, and the loader respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details about this service.

Error monitoring: We use Sentry to receive technical error reports needed to diagnose site failures. We do not intentionally send form values, payment data, health questionnaire responses, email addresses, or URL query strings to Sentry. See Sentry's privacy policy.

Advertising measurement: We use Meta Pixel on public marketing and article pages to understand visits from Meta advertising and measure product-funnel actions. It sends PageView and, when a visitor uses a public product or checkout control, the standard AddToCart or InitiateCheckout event with only the product type, product name, USD price, and currency. Advanced matching is disabled, and Meta Pixel does not run in Checkout, Dashboard, Admin, or payment-result pages. We do not intentionally send form values, payment data, health questionnaire responses, email addresses, login tokens, or non-campaign URL parameters to Meta. The loader respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

8. International Users

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.
